After a career in brand management, Tina combined her love for the outdoors with her professional life by becoming a pioneer in corporate outdoor experiential learning in the Philippines. Over the last 20 years, she has further expanded her expertise to designing and leading culture transformation, leadership development and team engagement processes for hundreds of clients around Southeast Asia.Tina is also the President of the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) Philippines and is a Senior Action Learning Coach, solely responsible for certifying AL coaches in the country. She is also a Certified Branded Customer Service Consultant, a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and a Points of You Practitioner. Tina holds a Masters degree in Industrial Organization from the Ateneo de Manila University.Tina is an avid martial artist, with a black belt in taekwondo. She continues to explore the great outdoors, this time in the company of her three equally
