Elcee’s expertise lies in managing for sustainable change, branded cultures, and results-oriented organisations. She works and consults with top teams across Asia in various industries. Elcee lived in HK for 14 years before moving to Kuala Lumpur in 1998. From 1984 to 2004, she was the Hong Kong and Philippine partner for TMI, an international training consultancy based in Europe. After 2 years of working with clients in Manila from Hong Kong, Elcee opened the Management Strategies office in the Philippines in 1992. Elcee is a certified Branded Customer Service consultant, and an Action Learning Coach for World Institute for Action Learning. She holds a degree in Business Management from University of the Philippines and participated in the executive development programs of Stanford University and University of Virginia. Elcee’s other passion lies in youth development. She sat on the Board of Advisers of AIESEC Hong Kong and AIESEC Philippines. In Malaysia she helped set up KL Youth Soccer in 2005, a not-for-profit football club.
