Her various postings as Senior Executive/ General Manager for hotels and a global hospitality network have honed her skills in the areas of branding, service quality and the strategic and tactical sides of running a business.Joi has been instrumental in expanding the exposure and client base of MgtStrat in the Philippines and the region, as she works with various associates and possible partners. She earned her MBA – Regis Program at the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School
of Business.Joi took her Executive Coaching certification with AIMS International and Action Learning Coach certification from WIAL Philippines where she is also a former director. She always enjoys a new challenge, tackling each one with grace and her gusty trademark laughter.
