Miggy’s career spans 12 years in various industries ranging from corporate, healthcare, government and education. This honed his organizational development abilities, which he uses to design highly customized programs for our various clients. Outside his role as consultant, he is a co-founder of The Ultimate Learning Accelerator, an award winning tutorial program. He has used this entrepreneurial spirit to lead the creation of different business units within the company from Team Journeys in 2018 and MgtStrat-U in 2020. Today, he manages the entire product portfolio of the company, ensuring that we are constantly creating and delivering invigorating solutions to our clients.Miggy owns the copyright to We Canvas © , a culture-building process designed for teams. He is a certified Action Learning Coach from the World Institute for Action Learning and has earned a Diploma in Organization Development from Ateneo CORD. He is an avid football player and was chosen as the first Filipino grant recipient from Huracan FC London to start a football club in a local school community in Quezon City.
