Val develops and facilitates various behavioral training programs for various companies in Southeast Asia. After more than 10 years of sales and operations experience in the travel and hospitality industry both in the Philippines and the US, She has since chalked up another 25 years in human resource development in
the Philippines.Val worked with EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) for 16 years, the last 2-1/2 of which was as the primary support for the Global Board. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the Schiller University in Paris, a diploma in Human Resource Development from the Ateneo Center of Organization Research & Development, and an Executive Coaching certification with
AIMS International.In her downtime, Val enjoys traveling, golf and yoga. Her passion for yoga prompted her to join Ian Paredes in setting up
Yoga+ Express.
